Step 1: spread a smile by smiling to someone and they should smile back.
Step 2: say something nice.
Step 3: try to find the best in every situation.
Step 4: if someone's not being nice go up to them and repeat step two.
Step 5: gratitude is the best attitude.
Step 6: if you're feeling down think of spongebob so live like spongebob laugh out loud all day without any reason and annoy mean people with your positivity.
